噴霧干燥機的熱風溫度，其主要是會影響到干燥成品的松密度，以及干燥室的蒸發(fā)強度。如果是對食品進行干燥，那么其溫度一般不能超過177℃，以免產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)空心顆粒。但如果是非熱敏性物料，那么應(yīng)盡量采用高溫熱風，以便可以來提高蒸發(fā)強度。
