螺桿空壓機(jī)教大家如何選擇質(zhì)量好的螺桿空壓機(jī)配件？

一、空氣濾芯，我們使用肉眼就能分辨。濾芯的紙質(zhì)密度和質(zhì)量通過肉眼分辨，質(zhì)量差的會使大量雜質(zhì)粉塵進(jìn)入空壓機(jī)內(nèi)部，堵塞油分芯，大致內(nèi)壓過高，安全閥打開并噴油。

1、 Air filter, we can use the naked eye to distinguish. The paper density and quality of the filter element can be distinguished by naked eyes. If the filter element is of poor quality, a large amount of impurity dust will enter into the air compressor, block the oil core, generally the internal pressure is too high, and the safety valve will open and spray oil.

二、機(jī)油過濾器。無法通過肉眼辨認(rèn)質(zhì)量好壞，只能通過使用時間。若在指定時間之前堵塞報警或油壓小，導(dǎo)致排氣溫度過高，是由于機(jī)油過濾器堵塞引起，若油濾質(zhì)量差也會導(dǎo)致空壓機(jī)故障。

2、 Oil filter. The quality can not be identified by naked eyes, only through the use of time. If the blockage alarm or low oil pressure before the specified time leads to high exhaust temperature, it is caused by oil filter blockage. If the quality of oil filter is poor, it will also lead to air compressor failure.

三、油氣分離器，它的成本比較高，故而價位也較高。進(jìn)口的油氣分離器質(zhì)量比較好，尤其是壓差比和濾油。一般進(jìn)口的油氣分離器基本可以保障不出現(xiàn)油分芯故障。

3、 Oil gas separator, its cost is relatively high, so the price is also high. The quality of the imported oil-gas separator is better, especially the pressure difference ratio and oil filtration. Generally, the imported oil-gas separator can basically guarantee no oil core separation failure.
