螺桿鼓風(fēng)機日常運行維護(hù)知識

隨著螺桿鼓風(fēng)機需求量日益提升，已廣泛應(yīng)用到水處理、冶煉高爐、洗煤廠、礦山浮選、化工造氣、真空等領(lǐng)域，主要是因為鼓風(fēng)機外形美觀，穩(wěn)定性好，維護(hù)方便。

With the increasing demand of screw blower, it has been widely used in water treatment, smelting blast furnace, coal washing plant, mine flotation, chemical gasification, vacuum and other fields, mainly because of its beautiful appearance, good stability and convenient maintenance.

（1）鼓風(fēng)機運行時，應(yīng)定期檢查鼓風(fēng)機進(jìn)、排氣的壓力與溫度，冷卻用水或油的液體、壓力與溫度、空氣過濾器的壓差等。做好日常讀表記?，并進(jìn)行分析對比。

(1) During the operation of the blower, the pressure and temperature of the inlet and outlet of the blower, the liquid, pressure and temperature of the cooling water or oil, and the pressure difference of the air filter should be checked regularly. Do a good job in daily reading and recording, and make analysis and comparison.

（2）定期清洗檢查空氣過濾器，保持其正常工作。

（3）注意進(jìn)氣溫度對鼓風(fēng)機（離心式）運行工況的影響，如排氣容積流量、運行負(fù)荷與功率、喘振的可能性等，及時調(diào)整進(jìn)口導(dǎo)葉或蝶閥的節(jié)流裝置，克服進(jìn)氣溫度變化對容積流量與運行負(fù)荷的影響，使鼓風(fēng)機安 全穩(wěn)定運行。

(3) Pay attention to the influence of intake air temperature on the operation condition of blower (centrifugal type), such as exhaust volume flow, operation load and power, possibility of surge, etc. timely adjust the throttle device of inlet guide vane or butterfly valve to overcome the influence of intake air temperature change on volume flow and operation load, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of blower.

（4）經(jīng)常注意并定期測聽機組運行的聲音和軸承的振動，即采取措施，必要時應(yīng)停車檢查，找出原因后，排除故障。

(4) Pay attention to and regularly listen to the running sound of the unit and the vibration of the bearing, that is, take measures, stop the machine for inspection if necessary, and remove the fault after finding out the cause.

（5）嚴(yán)禁離心鼓風(fēng)機機組在喘振區(qū)運行。

（6）按說明書的要求，做好電動機或齒輪箱的檢查和維護(hù)。

（7）首次開機后200h應(yīng)換油。如果被更換的油δ變質(zhì)，經(jīng)過濾機過濾后仍可重新使用。首次開機后500h作油樣分析，以后?月抽一次油樣分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)油變質(zhì)應(yīng)即時換油。油號必須符合規(guī)定，嚴(yán)禁使用其他牌號的油。

(7) The oil should be changed 200 hours after the first startup. If the replaced oil δ deteriorates, it can still be reused after being filtered by the filter. The oil samples were analyzed 500 hours after the first start-up. After that, the oil samples were taken once a month. If the oil was found to be deteriorated, the oil should be changed immediately. The oil grade must meet the requirements. It is strictly forbidden to use other grades of oil.

（8）檢查油箱中的油λ，不得低于最低油λ線，看油壓是否保持正常值。經(jīng)常檢查軸承出口處的油溫，不應(yīng)超過50℃，并根據(jù)情況調(diào)節(jié)油冷卻器的冷卻水量，使進(jìn)水軸承前的油溫保持在30～40℃之間。

(8) Check the oil λ in the oil tank, which shall not be lower than the minimum oil λ line, to see if the oil pressure remains normal. Always check the oil temperature at the outlet of the bearing, which should not exceed 50 ℃, and adjust the cooling water volume of the oil cooler according to the situation, so that the oil temperature before the inlet bearing is kept between 30 ℃ and 40 ℃.

（9）定期清洗濾油器。經(jīng)常檢查空氣過濾器的阻力變化，定期進(jìn)行清洗和維護(hù)，使其保持正常工作。

(9) Clean the oil filter regularly. Check the resistance change of air filter regularly, clean and maintain it regularly to keep it working normally.

綜上所述，一臺好的螺桿鼓風(fēng)機必得配備一個好的使用者，這個人需對鼓風(fēng)機日常運行維護(hù)知識有個充分的了解，只有知識雄厚，維護(hù)經(jīng)驗十足的人，才能使得鼓風(fēng)機使用壽命延長，工作效率才能提高。
